Resident Voice

Providing a collective voice for the residents ...
Experience should inform action
People who live in, own, manage and use residential buildings hold essential knowledge about safety, quality, communication, accountability and the real-world consequences of decisions.
For that reason, the UK Construction Industry Task Force is developing Resident Voice as a practical route for residents, leaseholders, tenants, community representatives, and professionals to contribute lived experience to constructive, evidence-led discussion.
Resident Voice is about turning lived experience into constructive insight—and constructive insight into better decisions.

-
Encourage proportionate, constructive and accountable action.
