- Needs Improvement (4 points): Candidate has limited formal education in relevant fields.
Criteria 2: Professional Experience (20 points)
- Exceptional (20 points): Candidate has over 10 years of experience working in the construction and property sector, with a proven track record of successfully performing as a Principal Designer on various building projects.
- Proficient (16 points): Candidate possesses at least 5 to 10 years of experience in the industry, with demonstrated experience as a Principal Designer or in relevant roles.
- Adequate (12 points): Candidate has 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction and property sector.
- Needs Improvement (8 points): Candidate has limited or no experience in relevant roles.
Criteria 3: Building Safety Training (15 points)
