Entrance via Victoria Embankment for Portcullis House ─ confirmed attendees must allow enough time to clear security control and pass through the scanners. Long queues can build up at busy times.

Confirmed attendees must bring an appropriate photo ID [valid driver's licence/current passport], essentially needed to pass through Westminster Parliamentary Estate security and be ready to show the ticket if requested.

Access to the event will be allowed only to confirmed, registered attendees.

The Wilson Suite is one of the large suites on the Parliamentary Estate. Interest to attend has been high ─ all seats have been allocated to ticket holders.

12:50 – 1:20 | Collaborative Initiatives
Showcase of successful collaboration examples, such as Affinity Construction Collaboration, with discussions on lessons learned and future aspirations.
1:20 – 2:00 | Policy Engagement
Discussion on influencing government policy, identifying key priorities, and the collaborative role in shaping regulations.

Notes to attendees wishing to make speeches and presentations during the session:

Please agree content and duration with the chair before the start to ensure an appropriate slot is agreed and allocated. Presentations should be kept concise and within the time allocated. There are both fixed mics and a roving hand mic to allow all delegates the opportunity to engage in discussions. Only one speaking at a time as the chair will direct - please no interruptions when a person is speaking.
