The Registers below identify all Individual professionals who have provided appropriate evidence of Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and behaviors and have been assessed to be qualified to be an individual Registered Principal Designer and/or individual Principal Contractor

This ICM Competence Register Trilogy™ is uniquely the One-Stop-Shop in the industry in that it is true to its original founding objectives to provide a listing of all competent professionals irrespective of what particular specialism or membership body the individual belongs to under membership and/or charter.

The SKEB of all individual professionals listed will have their data profile assessed and reported on using the technological expertise and cutting-edge power of the user-friendly Sysmax digital platform. The platform uses state-of-the-art AI and LLM referencing to current relevant laws and statutes, many industry standards, NOS, and official guidance and published best practices.

All individual professionals listed will have been assessed in strict adherence to the BS 8670 : 2022 framework using the respective criteria set out in the PAS 8671 : 2022 for Principal Designer; PAS 8672 : 2022 for Principal Contractor; and PAS 8673 : 2022 for those who manage buildings.

Individual professionals to undertake the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor statutory roles as defined in the Building Regulations etc. (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2023 to ensure that buildings of any type [i.e. non-Higher-Risk Buildings (non-HRBs) or Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs)] are both designed and constructed in accordance with the current relevant regulations and legislation
